• １) The Company will use the information to carry out operations and provide services related to auction transactions conducted by the Company.
• 2) We will use the information for marketing activities, product development, and to provide services in areas beyond those outlined above.
• 3) We will use the information to provide services based on partnerships with other auction sites.

Provision to third parties

We will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases

• 1) When customer consent has been obtained.
• 2) When disclosure or provision of personal information is required by law.
• 3) When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.
• 4) To the extent necessary for operating the “mileage meter management system” of the Japan Motorcycle Auction Association (JABA), of which we are a member, including disclosing information to JABA and its affiliates.
• 5) When cooperation with a national agency, local government, or their entrusted representatives is necessary for legal duties, and with the customer's consent, we may assist in executing those duties. This applies especially in situations where there is a risk of obstruction.
